About

My name is Bradley Robinson. I am 26 years old and a student at Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. I was raised in Birmingham, and my family has lived here for years. My parents divorced when I was two, and I grew up living with my mother while spending weekends with my dad.

I graduated from Evangel Classical Christian School in Alabaster in 2018. I went on to attend the University of Alabama later that year. My family has attended that institution for generations, so it was not a hard decision for me to follow in their footsteps. Like many of my family members, I was drawn to UA, because of the energy, people, and traditions on campus. I majored in History, minored in Political Science, and graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in 2022.

I did not know exactly what I was going to do after graduation. My family had been involved in law and academia, and I figured that I would eventually find my way into those fields. I eventually decided to take the LSAT after working at a law firm for a few months. I then entered Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in the fall of 2024.

Law School has been a great intellectual and character-building experience thus far. Its curriculum is designed to retrain your brain to “think like a lawyer,” as the immortalized Professor Kingsfield character put it in the 1973 law school film The Paper Chase. This process is not easy, and many students have a hard time adjusting. In the end, however, it makes law students better thinkers, and ultimately better lawyers.

I have a lot of hobbies outside of school. I am a big Alabama football and basketball fan. Saturdays in the fall are spent watching the Crimson Tide. I also enjoy playing golf, taking fishing trips, and hunting when I can get away. Being outside gives me a mental break from long weeks of studying. I also enjoy reading history books and literary classics.

I also have a strong faith. I grew up going to church every Sunday, and it's something that affects the way that I think about the world and how I hope to live. I read my Bible daily and have a strong relationship with God. I am very proud of my beliefs.

If I had to sum myself up, I’d say I’m a traditional guy with my own way of doing things. Law school is keeping me busy, but I'm glad I'm on this path, and I look forward to seeing where it leads.
